This is a C++ ported version of mini-Akira 1.03 implemented by Gabriel Barrionuevo-Rosales & Leocadio G. Casado.
So far it only works on UNIX/LINUX platforms.
We are currently extending this framework to accommodate more species and 2D and 3D spatial grids. Most of the parameters in run_params have been explained in the two main publications about mini-Akira (click on the codes).
We will post a detailed list of parameters once we extend the framework.
